In view of the need to be sensitive to the local conditions and regulations in China, we request sponsors to kindly cooperate with the terms and conditions of sponsorship.  This will enable us to expedite the administration of Child Care Partnership and to ensure the on-going security of both the children and work.

1)   In the event of a child being withdrawn from the Child Care Partnership because of adoption or other reasons, the sponsor will be informed and offered the opportunity to sponsor another child.

2)   There is a general fund if you wish to make contributions towards the medical needs and other special events that all the children benefit from.

3)   We are not able to release confidential information such as the names and personal details of the carers, foster parents, adoptive parents, other sponsors; the child’s medical report; and the main welfare center’s record of the child’s background.

4)   Information and photographs given to the sponsor should not be forwarded by e-mail or duplicated and published in any shape or form.

5)   Caring for China’s Children does not arrange for adoptions.  All applications for adoption must go through a third party international adoption agency and be processed in Beijing.
